) STATEMENT OF PURPOSE Manages the daily operations of the District to achieve sales, profits, customer satisfaction and human resources management objectives.
Ensures objectives are achieved while operating within all Company guidelines and following ethical business practices.
Ensures all food safety procedures are executed according to Company policies and health/sanitation regulations; takes corrective actions, as appropriate.
Maximizes store sales goals versus budget and prior year, including participation in marketing programs.
Develops and implements appropriate plans to resolve unfavorable trends and enhance sales.
Manages assigned store requirements for new product rollouts/procedures.
Maximizes profit goals versus budget and prior year, including the ongoing review of assigned store budgets.
Monitors food and labor costs and utilizes profit/loss statements to track results and implement corrective action as necessary for enhanced results.
Plans and conducts working store visits with all levels of store management to ensure the continual improvement of Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards on all day parts, including the monitoring of food product quality.
Monitors and ensures total store Service Excellence, including Customer First, standards are met; implements corrective actions, as required.
Ensures proper staffing levels are achieved.
Ensures diversity of management workforce including Shift Managers.
Monitors crew and management labor availability in trading area.
Maintains an ongoing system for the recruitment, recognition and retention of store management.
Develops crew and management staffing plans to maintain management stability.
Ensures the execution of quality, timely performance feedback, performance management and performance reviews.
Develops subordinates to maximize their contributions and future promotability.
Provides proper store management training and development using established systems and practices.
Achieves certified training store restaurant goals.
Ensures protection of Wendy's brand and assets through District compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Evaluates store performance at specified intervals using Company inspection form; coaches and retrains managers as required.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

KNOWLEDGE Strong knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations, accounting, budgeting, and administrative procedures preferably in quick service and/or fast casual niche.
Strong PC skills.
Good supervisory, organizational and communication skills, including strong interviewing and recruitment skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum of five years of experience in restaurant operations, preferable quick service and/or fast casual niche, and multi-unit store management experience preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT; PHYSICAL DEMANDS In order to satisfactorily execute and meet the above accountabilities and key measurement criteria, a District Manager must perform the duties on site, in accordance with customary scheduling requirements for this position (including ability to work many different shifts).
The position frequently requires working at a fast pace and may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements.
It is also necessary to use a headset to take orders, take direction or give direction.
District Managers may be required to transfer from one location to another as business needs dictate.
The District Manager position requires bending, kneeling, lifting (up to 40 pounds, as necessary), standing for long periods without a break, and ability to travel to other restaurants, area office, etc.
REQUIREMENTS The Wenspok Companies is a privately owned franchise of Wendy's Restaurants in the USA.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
