Summary CHS has an exciting opportunity at our Oil Refinery facility in McPherson, Kansas.
We are looking for an Associate Contract Coordinator to join our team.
You must be a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a commitment to quality, accuracy and the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work in both a team environment and on self-directed tResponsibilities Answer customer service linesProcess address changes dailySort and distribute incoming mailResearch and respond to income verification requestsFile and maintain lease recordsScanning of documents for data retentionPrepares division orders for distributionPrepares letter correspondence for distributionOwner research to find current contact information or heirsHandle difficult inquiries, as well as others, from interest ownersAct as backup for other Crude Oil Supply Clerks when neededPerform other duties as requested or neededMaintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Minimum Qualifications (required) Knowledge of Compliance and/or Contract Compliance High School diploma or GED Additional Qualifications 1 year of relevant experience preferredProficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Adobe ReaderEffective, efficient communication skills with a diverse group of customers and intracompany work groupsDetermine solutions or be able to find the solution through research or seeking out resources in a reasonable amount of timeAddress customer issues in a respectable, polite, professional mannerOil & Gas industry experienceRead and interpret complex legal documentsAllegro accounting software experienceDocuware or electronic document management system experienceCustomer Service ExperiencePre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.

Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions.
Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.

Salary:
$18 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
