This position will be the top manufacturing technology leader for a 400K sq. ft. sterile drug manufacturing operation via a staff of five direct reports,their staff, and multiple matrix department heads as well. Responsibilities are broad-ranging and include all product commercialization activities to include process development and transfer, tech transfer, product scale-up/product launch, site validation master planning, PQRs, CAPAs, technical training, aseptic techniques, product testing, and allied areas. The qualified individual will have significant leadership experience in the above-mentioned areas, a BS degree in an Engineering or Scientific discipline, MS/PhD preferred. They also must have a minimum of 10 years sterile drug manufacturing and technical services experience. In addition to base salary and bonus, this position also has a very good bonus and relocation package.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
