5 years experience in a Desktop Support tole working with and troubleshooting applications, PC, network, server, phone, printer hardware, mobile devices and handhelds. ITIL focused ticket management tools experience, ServiceNow highly desired SCCM or other imaging experience Experience with Microsoft 2007/2010, Office 365, Lync, Windows 7, Antivirus, Ghost, IE, Active Directory, Android/Windows Mobile Devices, Citrix, Remote Desktop, PrintersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
